Ashama Rucker

Ashama is strength, determination, and heart all in one. As a co-host of Inside Our Minds living independently with Noonan syndrome, she shares her life with confidence and pride proving every day that labels don’t define limits.

Health and wellness are important to Ashama. She’s passionate about dieting, eating healthy, and cooking meals from scratch—whether she’s making cabbage soup or her homemade cheddar broccoli soup.

Ashama is competitive in the best way. She loves playing basketball and staying active, and when it’s time to relax, she’s on her Xbox playing Grand Theft Auto V or competing in NBA 2K26.

She’s social, loves hosting game nights, and enjoys being surrounded by people. But above all, Ashama’s proudest role is being a mother. Her daughter is her greatest motivation and the center of her world.

Through Inside Our Minds, Ashama speaks openly about independence, motherhood, health, and living boldly with Noonan syndrome. She shows that strength comes in many forms.
