Aaron has been working with adults with intellectual disabilities since 2016. He began his career in group homes, supporting individuals in their daily lives, and now works with adults who live independently, helping them build confidence, skills, and the life they want to live. This work is more than a job to him; it is something he truly cares about. Making a difference in someone’s life is what motivates him every day.

That passion led him to help launch Inside Our Minds. He enjoys supporting and moderating Ashama and Robbie as they share their voices, experiences, and independence with the world. Outside of the podcast, he spends time with his wife, plays video games (a shared interest with Ashama), and coaches baseball at the high school and showcase levels. He believes everyone deserves to be heard, and the podcast is proof of that.
